How your perception report works
Your perception report is a personal 360: your self-ratings compared against honest, anonymous feedback from the people you invited. Here's the full journey — from first self-assessment to an unlocked report — and what every section means.
The one rule
Reports are always about you, built from feedback you invited, visible to you alone. There is no way to view, buy, or search a report about anyone else.
Rate yourself first
Complete the free self-assessment across the six growth traits: communication, reliability, emotional intelligence, leadership, growth mindset, and warmth. It takes a few minutes and feels like a quiz — but it's really the first half of your report: how you think you come across.
Invite people you trust
Share your private invite link with friends, family, and coworkers — by text, email, WhatsApp, or however you talk. Invite at least 5 people so your results are meaningful and everyone stays anonymous. You can optionally tag relationships (friend / family / coworker) to unlock segment views later.
They answer — anonymously
Each invitee answers quick, structured questions about how they experience you. It takes them a few minutes on their phone. Their answers are anonymous by design — metadata removed, never shown individually — which is exactly why they can afford to be honest.
Hit the anonymity threshold
Your report stays locked until enough people respond (typically 3–5). This isn't a paywall — it's protection. With too few responses, a single reviewer could be identified and the data wouldn't mean much. The lock is what makes both the honesty and the math trustworthy.
Unlock your perception gap
The reveal: your self-rating vs. their aggregate rating, trait by trait. You'll see your overall gap and your top 3 focus areas free. The full report ($17.95 one-time, or included in subscriptions) adds the complete per-trait breakdown, standout strengths, and a concrete next step for each focus area.
Grow, re-invite, re-measure
Work on one focus area at a time. Every 90 days, re-invite for fresh feedback and watch the trend lines on your dashboard. Premium plans add trends over time, relationship-segment views, and anonymized themes from what your reviewers wrote.
Why the feedback is honest
People tell the truth when it's safe. Anonymity + aggregation + a growth framing (your lowest band is a "focus area," never a verdict) removes the social cost of honesty. That's the entire trick — and no self-report quiz can replicate it.
