A perception report is a personal 360: your self-view vs. their honest view.
Always about you. Always yours alone. Never about anyone else.

You cannot look anyone up on People's Perception — and no one can look you up. That's the whole point.

WHAT'S INSIDE

What Your Report Reveals

The Gap

Perception Gap, Trait by Trait

You rated your communication 8. They rated it 6. Your report shows the gap across all six growth traits — communication, reliability, emotional intelligence, leadership, growth mindset, and warmth — so you know exactly where self-view and reality diverge.

Strengths

Your Standout Strengths

The traits where others rate you higher than you rate yourself. Most people discover a strength they've been discounting for years — and it changes how they carry themselves.

Focus Area

Your #1 Focus Area, With a Next Step

Your biggest gap, framed as a direction — never a verdict. Each focus area comes with one concrete, doable suggestion so the report ends in action, not a number.

Segments

Relationship Segments (Premium)

See how coworkers rate you differently than friends or family — in aggregate only, never identifying anyone. "Coworkers score your reliability higher than friends do" is an insight no quiz can give you.

Themes

Anonymized Themes (Premium)

The patterns in what your reviewers said, distilled into themes with all identifying detail removed. The honesty of verbatims, with the safety of anonymity.

Trends

Growth Over Time (Premium)

Re-invite every 90 days and watch the gap close. Your report becomes a progress record — proof that the work you're doing on yourself is landing.

FAQ

Perception Report Questions, Answered

What is a perception report?

A perception report is a personal 360 feedback report that compares how you rate yourself against how the people you invited anonymously rate you, trait by trait. It shows your perception gap, your standout strengths, and your biggest focus area with a concrete next step. Your report is private — only you can see it.

Who can see my perception report?

Only you. Your report is private by default — never public, never searchable, never sold, and never visible to your reviewers. You are always the customer, and the report is always about you.

Can I buy a report about someone else?

No. People's Perception only produces reports about you, for you, built from feedback you invited. There is no people search, no public profiles, and no way to look up or purchase information about another person.

How many people need to respond before I see results?

Your results unlock after a minimum number of reviewers (typically 3–5) have responded. This protects your reviewers' anonymity and makes your results statistically meaningful. We recommend inviting at least 5 people.

Will I see who said what?

No, and that's by design. You see aggregated patterns, themes, and averages — never individual answers. Anonymity is what makes the feedback honest; if reviewers could be identified, they'd be polite instead of truthful.

How is this different from a workplace 360 review?

A workplace 360 is owned by your employer, run by HR, and limited to work relationships. Your perception report is owned by you, covers your whole life — friends, family, and colleagues — and never leaves your private dashboard. It's the consumer-grade personal 360 that didn't exist before.
